LOADED FRY CAMPAIGN CREATES NEW APPLICATIONS FOR US POTATOES

Sales of US frozen potato products in Japan are getting a boost from Potatoes USA’s promotion of “loaded fries,” with at least eight foodservice chains introducing one or more loaded fry menu items during the first three quarters of the current fiscal year. By educating foodservice personnel on how the loaded fry concept offers a new and profitable twist on a well-known product, Potatoes USA is using loaded fries to develop net new business in this huge market via new applications.
