An online to offline (O2O) retailer campaign in China helped U.S. frozen potatoes make strong inroads into the retail channel, where this product has had limited distribution in the past. Carried out by Potatoes USA, the O2O campaign consisted of in-store promotions with City Super that included in-store demos and cooking classes conducted by a key opinion leader.
