A Potatoes USA reverse trade mission for chefs is resulting in more potatoes on more menus across the globe. Just three months after the MAP-funded activity, ten of the participating chefs have so far launched 26 new menu items featuring U.S. fresh, frozen and dehydrated potatoes. The chefs represent a range of countries and types of foodservice establishments, indicating the activity is successfully achieving its goal of demonstrating the versatility of the many potato products offered by the United States.
